Expulsion for Failure to Enroll or Return from Leave of Absence (Spring 2026)
This is an official announcement regarding students who have not completed the required procedures for the Spring 2026 semester.
According to
Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the University Regulations, students who fail to register (Article 12) or return from a leave of absence (Article 14) within the designated period are subject to
expulsion (dismissal).
If you have any inquiries or special circumstances regarding your status, please contact the HIGS Office by the deadline below:
- Deadline: Friday, March 20, 2026, at 16:00
- Administrative Action: After the deadline, administrative processing for expulsion will be finalized in accordance with the regulations.

Note on Privacy: To protect personal information, the list of students subject to expulsion will not be published publicly. Those affected have been/will be contacted individually.

Students falling under any of the following categories may be expelled:
1.Those who do not return to school after their period of leave of absence has expired.
2.Those who fail to register (pay tuition) within the designated period for each semester.
