[Announcement] 2025 Academic Year Winter Commencement Service
Congratulations to all our graduates on your outstanding academic achievements. Seoul Hanyeong University Graduate School is pleased to announce the details for the upcoming February 2026 Commencement Ceremony.
1. Ceremony Schedule

Date & Time: Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM

Venue: Grand Auditorium (7th Floor, Main Administration Building)

Arrival: All graduates must be dressed in full academic regalia and seated in the Grand Auditorium at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
2. Academic Regalia (Gown) Rental
Note: Rental is available for Master’s candidates only. Doctoral candidates are expected to provide their own regalia.

Rental Period: February 12 (Thu), 2026

Hours: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Closed for lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

Return Deadline: Must be returned by the end of the ceremony day (Feb 12).

Important Policies:
In-person Pickup Only: Regalia must be rented by the graduate in person. Pickup by a proxy (representative) is not permitted.
Rental Procedure: Graduates must sign the official rental register upon pickup.
Care & Responsibility: Please handle the gown, hood, and cap with care. In the event of loss or damage, the graduate is responsible for the cost of replacement.
Cleaning Fee: Any necessary laundry or cleaning fees are the responsibility of the individual graduate.
3. Diploma and Award Collection

Note: Graduates who are unable to attend the ceremony must visit the office during the specified period to collect their Diploma (Degree Certificate) and any associated awards.
