1. You must send Tuition payment record(slip, receipt photo, balance saved history from before or etc) to higs@shyu.ac.kr
2. Double-check your postal mailing address and contact number for the "Certificate of Admission"
3. If you want to use a hand-to-hand delivery by your person, you can give us the name of the person who can get your visa documents in Korea instead of you.
4. Admission documents will be sent on November 29 and the EMS or EMS premium(UPS) tracking number will be followed by email.
5. Please start the visa process ASAP from when you paid tuition.
6. SUCCESSFUL VISA RESULTS MUST BE EMAIL REPORTEDBY FEBRUARY 19, 2025
7. CERTIFICATE OF ADMISSION CANCELLATION WILL BE REPORTED TO THE EMBASSY BY FEBRUARY 26, 2025, 12:00 (GMT+9)
8. Candidates who failed to complete the VISA process, need to submit a"withdrawal request "for a full tuition refund before FEBRUARY 26, 2025, 12:00(GMT+9)
9. The tuition refund amount will be decreasing from the first day of the semester.

** Tuition payment must meet or the over the 1st semester's obligation in KRW amount except transfer charge and exchange fee
*** Those who fail the first round can apply for the second round until November 30, 2024, with a 2nd application fee payment.
