1. Please send a picture of the tuition payment slip to higs@shyu.ac.kr
2. Double-check your postal mailing address and contact number for the "Certificate of Admission"
3. If you want to use a hand-to-hand delivery by your person, you can give us the name of the person who can get your visa documents in Korea instead of you.
4. Admission documents will be sent on June 21 and the EMS or EMS premium(UPS) tracking number will be followed by email.
5. Please start the visa process ASAP from when you paid tuition.

6. SUCCESSFUL VISA RESULTS MUST BE EMAIL REPORTED BY AUGUST 15, 2024
7. "CERTIFICATE OF ADMISSION CANCELLATION" WILL BE REPORTED TO THE EMBASSY BY AUGUST 26, 2024(Mon.) 12:00 (GMT+9)

8. Candidates who failed to complete the VISA process, need to submit a"withdrawal request" for a full tuition refund before August 26, 2024, 12:00(GMT+9)
9. The tuition refund amount will be decreasing from the first day of the semester which is from August 26.

10. HIGS committee decided to request all candidates from the 2024 Fall for a "Memorandum of Course Complete" to avoid the student's unauthorized departure.
Please check the sample at HIGS archive no.23 and mail to higs@shyu.ac.kr by June 16.
11. Recommendation letters from HIGS alumni or current students(who studied for more than a 12month) will be a very important factor in deciding candidates.
